1. Staying awake for a long time

2. Likes to be entangled, indecisive

They are always tormented and tormented by the past, causing the body to age faster. According to a study published in the American Journal of Behavioral Medicine, people who lack tolerance, are easily angry and lack energy will increase psychological pressure, increased Cortisol causes weight gain, blood pressure. Blood pressure and blood sugar also increase, increasing the risk of diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

3. Drink less water

Dr. Goodson, an expert in preventing aging, said: “Every day you drink more water, the younger your skin will be. When the body has enough water, the skin cells quickly absorb the water component, preventing the skin from being dry or too tight, the skin peeling and aging.

4. Likes to eat sweets

According to Dr. Jennifer Lander, eating a lot of sweets will increase wrinkles and speed up aging. In addition, foods high in sugar not only make the waistline thicker but also increase the risk of diabetes, breaking down the fiber and protein that maintain skin elasticity.

5. Regularly rub your eyes

Dr. Dennis Gross, an American skin disease expert said: The skin around the eyes is very prone to wrinkles and crow’s feet. If you often rub or rub your eyes, it will damage the elasticity of the skin, even break small blood vessels and accelerate the aging process.

 

6. Fasting to lose weight many times

Experts say that maintaining a healthy weight is the most effective way to live a long life, but if you have to fast, then there should be at least a year between two such weight loss attempts.

7. Sleeping on your stomach

Dr. Gross said: The bad habit of falling asleep on the table or lying on your stomach when sleeping will put a lot of pressure on the skin on the face and even be damaged, for a long time will make the skin lose its elasticity and be susceptible to infection.
